They may act out because of other reasons. I don't like the way Chris Rock is ready to cast the "undesirable people" to the side to make way for the good "civilized" people. That's how I read that statement and it definately rubs me to wrong way.

Here's my interpretation of Rock's statement: he's saying that we need to quit glorifying and excusing away the "project mentality." Unfortunately, too many people of ALL races believe that the only representatives of the black experience are those with that mentality. That's what I resent.
