SigTausbleedblu, you've admitted you are new to the site. To help you understand some of the responses you are getting, I will say this: You are acting like a first semester 1L gunner who not only raises his hand in every class, but also tries to correct the prof. You are bragging about your LSAT score and scholarship between classes, and yet you don't understand why no one wants to be around you.
Tone it down a bit, hang out with us for a while, get to know the environment you've just jumped into. I'm guessing you weren't "that guy" in law school, so please try not to be "that guy" on GC.
