Based on your descriptions, I think I can guess 4 of the chapters. Maybe when it's all done, you'll PM an aging Hawkeye the real names.
And Gusteau, you're right. The physical structures are all great. I'd love to see the inside of "the newer house" since it is WAY newer than my tenure at Iowa.

Bid Day
It’s finally here!
I fortunately stumbled upon Greek Chat about a year ago. GC has really helped me and my daughter prepare and understand today’s recruitment process (so different from mine 30 years ago!); and, ultimately, be thankful for the positive experience she just had. I’d like to give a special “shout out” and “fist pump” to those GCers who answered my silly questions and gave positive support through PMs – Scrapcat, Jill 1228, GolferLady, DubaiSis, and ISUKappa.
My daughter went to 3 incredible Pref Parties yesterday, and she truly feels lucky to become a member of any of the three sorority chapters at Iowa (even though she had a favorite all week).
Just got a call as she was running towards her new sisters . . .
This proud Sigma Kappa mom has a daughter who is a VERY HAPPY new . . .

Congrats to your daughter! Sounds like she had a good attitude all week, and I am happy she found her new home! One of my daughters is a Theta. She went to school at Mizzou and loved it!

Thank you all for your kind words. I am excited for her. Iowa Rose - my son is a Delt at Mizzou! They were paired with Theta for last year's Homecoming, I think. And, one of my daughter's best friends is a new Theta plege at Mizzou!

Congratulations to your daughter and Kappa Alpha Theta! Our badge loving friends would love the light fixture in the shape of a badge above the Iowa Thetas' front door!
I walked downtown and saw a bunch of sorority women in bid day shirts getting frozen yogurt this evening (I, being less conscious of the fat content of my sweet treats, kept walking to get some REAL ice cream!)
