I was just talking about this with someone the other day. We were at this big Fourth of July thing, people watching. There were so many little girls flashing skin, tons of makeup. I saw one girl, who couldn't have been more than 10 or 12, with short shorts, a tight little v-neck sleeveless top, makeup, glitter, talking on a CELL PHONE!!! The things these girls wear I still wouldn't wear in public and I'm 24 years old. My parents never would have let me out of my bedroom, let alone in public, dressed like that.

Ok what age group are we talking about here? Some of you are mentioning 13-15 years old and others are talking about pre-teens, that is a wide range of difference.

I agree there is a difference, but 13-15 year olds are still too young to be showing the world everything they have! Leave a little something to the imagination, please.
