Elon is really more of a mid-atlantic school, more than a southern school because it draws from the northeast so much (after NC, the next largest state represented is MA) even though its in North Carolina and is full of southern charm and is just a great place. (ok, off my soap box about how wonderful Elon is!)
One thing more GreekChick: Go to the Philanthropy events in fall that each sorority and fraternity host! Its a great way to meet the sorority members, support your friends and support philanthropies. Good Luck!
