We Elec our Zeta members with the understanding that they then make choices for us...that's why I think they should make the desdision...possibly just the alphas or thetas or whatever...but hey whatever helps the fraternity grow the most is what I'll be doing...BTW I've talked to our deligate about Alfred...I hope the best for you bros...
