sigmagrrl, now thats a big breakfast!! LOL I think my favorite breakfast is what I had on the weekends when I was in school in Philly and I stayed on campus. I'd get the potato of the day (homefries or whatever), bacon, then I'd get some veggies from the salad bar and take them to the grill line and have the grill man make me an omlet, then I'd get a bagel with cream cheese and orange marmalade, fruit, and 2 juices (cuz them damn cups were so small). Man, that was good stuff.
At home, I love sweet rice (or country rice, rice with milk and sugar), home fries with plenty of onions, veggie sausage patties (from Morning Star Farms, they taste just like sausage, I dont do pork anymore), eggs with mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes and cheese, fruit, and biscuits. But that's rare to have ALL of that at once.
