Perhaps start your own thread? As to your question, at this point, why not just use Excel?

I just want to say how much I absolutely detest the use of the word "recruits" in this instance. It's not the army or a cult.

As a retired military officer, I couldn't agree more, 33girl!

I loathe saying recruitment instead of rush too.
