Rec letters are forms filled out by sorority alumnae. It will benefit you to have a rec to each sorority, because at many schools this will get you through the first round, when you otherwise might be cut. You can get these letters from sorority women you know. Let's say your high school math teacher was an Alpha Phi and you have Alpha Phi on your campus. She can write you a rec for her sorority.
