Here's my hunch, ladies, based on those tweets. I think the Texas State offer has been made, and Gamma Phi is negotiating/determining the timing, what with the rush of sudden colonization announcements, before the announcement is made. That's just a guess. If there is housing to be arranged, then I think that's even a stronger possibility.

On a note about twitter, I noticed that the official Gamma Phi twitter account was pumping up and finally announced the USF expansion today (about 6 hours ago), when the USF Panhel twitter announced it yesterday. It does seem like Gamma Phi is cautiously announcing these expansions, but with three announcements in barely more than a week, I'd want to draw the magic out a little, too!

As of right now there are no empty houses in Greek Village and I dont think they are planning on building more anytime soon.
