I think she means that if you are posting too much here on GC it can be taken the wrong way. By all means read all over the site, but be really discrete about what you post. Otherwise membership discussions will go something like this:
Oh this has to be tigers2117 who obsessively posted questions on GC all spring and summer. We have enough other quality girls to choose from that we don't need to take a chance on some headcase who lives online and already quit on another chapter.
Now that may be totally inaccurate, but don't shoot yourself in the foot before you even get started.
