I wonder where the land is that OM is supposedly going to make available. Could it possibly be either the former ZTA or ADPi house? Seems as they were both on sorority row and are now converted to other university use. I suspect that any location other than Sorority Row or Rebel Drive would be a turn-off to PNMs. I've seen other campuses where sorority houses are scattered about, but not at OM. But, I haven't been there in years and don't know what may be available nearby.

Ole Miss is using the ZTA house for offices. I don't know if ZTA sold it to them or if they are leasing it. OleMissGlitter may know.

In a prior thread discussing Ole Miss expansion, OMG stated that the University bought both the ADPi (Honors College) and ZTA (Lenoir Hall) houses.
Compare those to:
Alpha Omicron Pi
Delta Gamma
Delta Delta Delta
Kappa Alpha Theta
Kappa Delta
Kappa Kappa Gamma
Pi Beta Phi
Phi Mu
Chi Omega
Some of these pictures are slightly outdated - I know several houses have been recently renovated/enlarged.

Thought this was interesting:
The former ZTA house is home base for the nutrition/food-service program and has an on-site student-run restaurant, Lenoir Dining.

Greek Life has indicated that the colony efforts are expected to begin after FR concludes this coming Fall. Property has been located which would accommodate three new Chapter facilities.

Wow! After formal recruitment this fall? I suppose presentations are going to happen before the end of the school year with decisions being made rather quickly. I wonder if Ole Miss is planning on bringing more than 1 sorority to campus specifically if they are naming 3 locations where housing could be built? I'm really interested in seeing what develops. Good luck to all NPC groups that choose to submit packets!

You are confused? It is OLE MISS, for gawd's sake!! What else would you expect? You can't get more Southern traditional than that!
And yes, the old ADPi house was just butt ugly and seriously out of place on this campus. It did not help that chapter a bit. Let it stay an administration building.

I know the AOII house did not have columns until a major capital campaign was undertaken to alter the facade and add columns. Pi Beta Phi did the same.
