I'm sure that since Puck is a womanizer and the media portrays sororities in a certain light, the producers thought "Let's have Puck imply how easy it is to get with sorority women" (based on the stereotypes they have). And realized DZ rhymed plus is a saying that realistically some people have heard of. I don't think it is a slam to DZ in particular, but it does mean that the media still wants to play off of the "stereotypical sorority girl". The show makes fun of a lot of groups, it is meant to be taken lighthearted, but it still can be offensive to viewers.
