My fav salsa: 1 Pint quartered grape tomatos, 1 can rinsed black beans, 1/2 bunch chopped cilantro, 1 bag frozen sweet corn, 3-4 chopped green onions, 2 jalepeņos, lime & salt to taste. It tastes good, looks pretty, and can be served as a small side salad as well as a dip with tostadas.
