Riiiiiiiiiiiight. Because all those other sororities are busy killing puppies and worshiping Satan and no one could stand completely for that.
You have two problems here. Your school is not open to expansion and even if it were, the chances that your magical dream organization would be willing to colonize because
you want them to are slim to none. That's not how NPC expansion works.
