No need for the sad face. Honestly, there are so many differences between the different councils, even the most knowledgable posters around here can't speak to everything.
I'm basically new here, too, but I do enjoy learning about NPHC/IFC/everything else by reading older threads and asking questions. Still, I'm barely capable of answering NPC questions-though it is my goal to learn all of the rules of NPC recruitment while I'm a collegian.
