See, here you are incorrect. NIC's don't require there to be an IFC on campus in order to expand, if two NPC groups exist on a campus, they do. So that gives the men's groups more leeway in expansion. So, maybe you should "stay in your lane." As I have been advised so often.

I'm not upset you disagree with me AT ALL. Feel free to continue doing so.
