I was an RA of a coed floor last year (freshman and sophomore), and will be again next year.
It's the easiest job in the world, if you don't act like a total tool (aka hook up with your residents, or be a complete ass to them when they screw up). I was pretty "lax" you could say - but my residents kept it to themselves, and no one had any problems, which is sort of how it should be.
I wouldn't worry too much about senior guys jacking away the younger girls from you, phikappapsiman - from my personal experience, it doesn't happen often, for a variety of reasons.
