I rushed 20 years ago as a junior, I am sure things have changed a bit since then

(I was not a transfer though). I can tell you that you will need a good GPA to be competitive with the other juniors rushing. When I went through each sorority was allowed 3 "free" juniors, not sure about how they are counted now. Good luck
