Will quota put AB over total? Maybe it is time for campus Panhellenic to allow chapters to recruit to average chapter size (I assume some chapter are well over total with the size of quota).

I believe it will put them above total if my math is correct. Total is 90 but chapters are like 110ish so I think allowing them to recruit to average chapter size will be the next step (I'm not totally in the know with Panhellenic but it seems only logical and I doubt chapters would oppose.)
