I heard today that West Liberty nearly TRIPLED their chapter size. They had 9 active members and got 19 new members! WOW!

**Reminder - if you're going post results, please also include quota, so I don't have to hunt it down from the NPC thread... it'll make it easier for me to keep this updated more regularly. Thanks
