23 new members at Ohio Northern University!

This is the first time ONU has had an upperclassman/transfer quota (2) as well as freshman quota (21). We took full quota of 23 +1 open bid was given for a pledge class total of 24. No bids were turned down, Theta is now at 77 total members, which is ceiling for the campus.
