You don't want to be going outside though, even after the rain stops. So far, almost everybody who has been killed by this storm was killed by falling trees and that could still happen with the high winds. There is a lot of river flooding and low lying roads have 2-3 feet of water on them. They just said that Newark airport got 8 inches of rain total so far.
