oops I forgot to answer one of your questions AngelPhiSig. From what I understand you can go active at your grad school if they have a chapter. I believe you have to petition to CO about it but it shouldn't be a problem. Or if you go on to grad school you can always apply to be an advisor at that chapter there, or as you suggested start a chapter if they don't have one.
