Do you address that you will be moving in your cover letter? I figured you could since they will see that you are not from the area on your resume...but maybe I'm wrong.

I apply for jobs out of town. The applications are all on line. I use my current address on all my stuff. My belief is that I can go where ever I want, I have no family or any thing to keep me where I am. Good luck!
