Police officials said there will be no charges against Barnaby's of America in West Chester, Pa. because "Jackass" star Ryan Dunn did not appear intoxicated during the time he was served two beers and six shots from bar employees over four hours.

I am a huge believer in personal responsibility, and agree that the bar should not be charged. However, who on earth judges someone to be OK to drive after that much alcohol?? Apparently whoever said he didn't seem too intoxicated didn't actually know those numbers. I don't care how "OK" someone looks after that much alcohol in one night, you cannot say they are OK to drive. Something to keep in mind if it were your friend in that situation...seeming sober is not the same as actually being sober. Keep track of your drinks, and keep an eye on your friends.
