What else do you think? Desperation, clearly, but I think that's wrapped up into low self-esteem. Wife #1 was not very cute, either--and was traumatized that BabyMamas #1 and #2 were both lookers. Again, bad self-image.

A lot of couples will stay together "for the children." Like I said before, children aren't stupid. There are plenty of children who wish their parents would do everyone a favor and end the relationship.

I'm sure we've talked about this somewhere, but if the actual condom failure rates were anywhere near the anecdotal condom failure rates, we'd have oops! babies all over the place. We all know that "the condom broke" is often code for "we didn't wear a condom," or "he didn't pull out in time." Yes, condoms do break--but not as often as people want you to believe.

Besides, they were grown-ass adults. They knew what they had to do to be careful, and they weren't.

Also, how can you be disappointed by an entertainer you don't know? His only job was to entertain you. Did he fail in that? I can understand if your disappointment stemmed from some of the problems CA has faced in the past few years, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Ummm so that was a little more empassioned than I was expecting.

I'm not going to assume someone did/didn't do something if I don't know that for sure. I already said that condom failure is uncommon but it's a possibility till it's not. If you read that they were unprotected, then okay.

And hearing that something bad happened/was done after leaves one feeling a certain way and disappointed is just the word that fits. I don't have to know him to be a little disenchanted with the fact that that someone I admired (as an actor) turned out to be a manwhore (which I didn't know before this week). It's a bit like finding out Santa is a perv who just likes climbing into chimneys and snatching my people up.
