I could be wrong, but everything I have heard has been on an individual organization basis. I have heard of everything from temporary intake moratoriums to permanently shutting down intake on the undergraduate level. Everything I have heard has been on the informal discussion level, but it has been coming from people who have the power to make it reality, and something tells me that once one of the NPHC goes belly up (and we are
REALLY close to that day), something similar will happen.
I have not heard of this being brought up on the panhellenic level. No lawsuits for SGRho, but all of the NPHC should be concerned and not doing anything that would jeopardize individuals, chapters or the whole org.
