I found a PDF with UConn's social fraternity/sorority history:
http://www.greeklife.uconn.edu/docs/...rg_History.pdf It's a little out of date and I'm not sure how accurate it is- it has a different date for Phi Mu leaving than irishpipes does, and I seriously doubt Theta had a chapter here starting in 1883- but I thought it might be of interest. It lists Kappa Delta's closing date as 1993, it doesn't have one for Phi Sigma Sigma.
