i never realized how much taller i am than my girlfriend until i looked at our graduation pictures from last month. i'm about a head taller than her, and i think i'm about 6'3". i'd say she's about 5'5" or so.

SHORT GUYS ARE THE BEST!!

KappaStarboy/SigEpRaider is 5'4". Yes you read that right. He comes from a very long line of very short people. Most of the time, I'm taller than he is if I have shoes on (I'm also 5'4"). I've dated more than one guy over the height of 6 feet, but I still think I'd take KStarboy any day. It's great dating a short guy because when you hug them, you don't smash your face into his sternum and sometimes you can even rest your head on his shoulder. Also, I don't have to strain my neck to kiss him. It was strange when we were first dating and I felt like I should wear flats, but he's never minded.

Dont get me wrong, i have friends that like the big girls at 4:00am ( everyone needs a little lovin). Its just their not my type.

I have to agree that there is something about short guys that pretty cute. Maybe its because all the ones that AI have known have been pretty hot

Ok, all you 5'9" people can just hush, because I'm 5'3" and much smaller than almost everybody I know. Although one of my Alpha Xi sisters is 5'0 and another is 4'10". That makes me feel better. But dang it i hate shopping for pants!

At 5'4" I never used to feel short...until I got to college and I hung out all the time with sisters who were noticeably taller than me. I wear three-inch heels almost every time we go out, which isn't that bad. Dresses up every outfit!

I'm about 5'2 1/2" and I am almost always in heels. My boyfriend is about 5'8". Last weekend I was wearing flip-flops instead of heeled shoes when we saw each other and it took me awhile to figure out why he looked so much taller than usual. I wouldn't want to be really tall, but I think being about 2 or 3 inches taller would be nice.

I'm right there with you. I'm 5'4" and my mom is 4'11". It's so funny because when I go to see her I'll leave my shoes on and walk up to her and say "mom, are you getting shorter?" I always get a "kiss my ass" look

Ok so I can relate to the short issue......my mom is like 5'1" 1/2, my dad is barely pushing 5'9", and so me standing at a glorious 5'4", i actually feel tall, compared to my mommy! But then my brother, he somehow became 6'2" and "gorgeous".....I guess I will forever be labeled as "cute" just b/c I am the height of a 12 year old, oh well, I don't mind.....weird thing is, every guy I've ever dated has been at LEAST 6' or over, I don't like short guys for some reason? Oh well!

I too am little, at about 5'2 (actually just a bit below, but I like saying 5'2 ) Ne way I feel EVERYONE on the whole pants issue !! I went to try and buy some capri pants the other day... and they fit right... go figure... most of the time I'm hemming even the short or as gap calls them "ankle" length... although I've discovered that most of the time the short length pants at express actually dont' need to be hemmed. You know when it comes to guys it doesn't really matter to me, but being sooo short sometimes those 6 foot and over guys are a little hard to work out the logistics of the whole hugging/kissing thing

I am 5'1 1/2 and I am a model and I do pageants so height is a big thing for me. When I model I can't to runway b/c I'm too short. Pageants I have to have 4" heels so I do not step on my gown. But I have learned to like my height. And a lot of guys think it is cute.

i'm 5'3..i like being short tho, because i have a thing for tall guys..it leaves me more of a selection..however..its kind of funny b/c my boy is short..he claims hes 5'8..5'6 on a "short day" meaning he's 5'6...so i'm taller then him if i wear big shoes..its okay tho
