I think it really depends on what you're going to eat WITH the cheese. Like wine...

You don't put brie on a sandwich (well maybe you do but I eat it by itself and sometimes on a slice of bread)...

A good sandwich cheese is Meunster.

Mozarella for pizzas...

Velveeta for macaroni.
