clear it up
I just couldn't resist replying to him. Nothin nasty, just to clear up his misconceptions, mainly about rush. I was asst. rush chair last year, so straight from the horse's mouth here goes.
In 2000 we had the largest pledge class on bid day.
In 2001 we had one of the largest. We've made quota at least the past couple years, which is all I know for sure, so I promise, we're not on the verge of ceasing to exist. We're doing fine!
Furthermore, his comment just made me sad/angry, because several of my greatest guy friends over the last 4 years have been Pikes at UF and to think there's someone out there representing them like that is upsetting.
Oh well, just had to clear it up.
Thanks ROWDYsister for your comment. My best friend from high school pledged PiPhi at UF in 98.
And Phi Mu, just keep being beautiful and classy. We know what we're made of for the past 150 years.
