One thing we did to recruit is get the addresses of all the girls enrolled in the Ag college. We would send a postcard will an invite to the house and or a rush event or pizza party. It may be expensive to mail out something to all of them. Also use the office of student activities to help you. Ours sends out weekly emails. You could even call ag teachers in the area and ask them to encourage their graduates to look in to SA. I would aim for the younger girls because they are often more enthused by new organizations.
