If it was right after her period you should be in the clear but no guarantees. If ya'll are really worried about this then I'd go down to your campus health center (or a DR) and get her tested. If she's on birth control though and takes it religiously at the same time every day the chances are really low. If I recall correctly the chance for conception in a woman on birth control pills is about 1%.
Probably much lower b/c of the timing..
