You asked if we thought this was a good idea. The way I see it, it's a victimless crime. I think it IS prostitution, but I'm ok with that if you are. However, I also agree that prostituting yourself for $25, unless you're a crack whore, is just sad. And then of course, it is still sad.
I think if you are actually surprised that some people got judgy here, you really need to stop worrying about your social life and/or financial ups and downs (so to speak) and start focusing on your studies, because you're not too bright. You asked if prostitution is ok, and were surprised when people said no, it's not.
Let's change this up just a smidge and see if your expectation changes.
I met this great guy and we did it on our first date and I got knocked up. Should I have an abortion? Don't judge! Now, can I expect people to say yes or no without calling me every name in the book? Um, no. Will some understand my plight? Of course, but they're going to be vastly outshouted by the people calling you a whole rainbow of epithets.
And by the way, I wasn't offering BJs or any other sex acts to guys I just met in bars when I was in college (or later for that matter) so I guess that means I'm free to throw stones.
