My point is whether you want people at your current school to know you're thinking of transferring.
As for your question: A junior's chances during rush can vary
greatly from campus to campus. Why do you think random strangers on the internet will have more insight than your friends actually at the school to which you might be transferring?
As for "top houses," the only chapter that matters is the one where you fit in the best, top house or not.
