I've never done P90x, but one of my friends who has, she told me that she got better results using Jillian's 30 Day Shred video.

Again, I think what's great about it is that it works out EVERYTHING in 25 minutes, and it's a great workout. You don't need 15 different videos, each of which only focuses on a particular area of the body.
