from a current KSZ brother

I am one of the newest brothers at the Kappa Sigma Zeta at Alfred U, and at 23, I am also the oldest current brother. I was brothered just a short few months ago, but already, LXA has made an impact on my life.
The brothers before me worked really hard to earnour charter back, and in the process, they made Lambda Chi the most repected fraternity at Alfred.
The decision to eliminate all of greek life at Alfred is not only unfair to us all, but the timing of it was extremely underhanded. They waited untill a week after all of the students left for the summer to drop this bomb so that no one would be at school to do anything about it.
It has become apparent to us that the trustees did not consider the far reaching aspects of their decision. Eliminating greek life at our school will not only affect the members, but the rest of campus as well. Also local businesses in our small town will lose income from the money that we used to spend in their shops and restaurants.
Currently, all of us greeks are weighing our options and trying to come up with a game plan. Right now, only time will tell what the outcome will be.
Thank you for all your support.
