Working with the sisterhood chair is definitely a good idea! I also want to get some of our older alumni to come in and do an RTS for us to show us how to properly talk to the PNM's and such. What kinds of things do you all cover during recruitment training? is it just converstaion starters and stuff of that sort? or do you get into the nitty gritty details? we usually save those for Polish Week, but maybe we should go over them sooner.
