Nick Lachey and fiancee Vanessa Minnillo visited the Cancer & Blood Diseases Institute at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center Tuesday. They do a special salute with patient Tyler St. Clair for his girlfriend Libby in the Delta Gamma sorority at the University of Kentucky.
