That happened with me on tPF. We had a meeting and I met people I'd had words with. We all ended up having a great time and I still keep in contact with many of the people I had "words" with on the forum. I'm even friends with some of them on FB now. lol I think sometimes when you meet in real life, you realize that people aren't the way they seem on the Internet.
