Michigan State won't be open for expansion for quite a while and another NPC has first option to re-colonize (Alpha Xi Delta... there were deals made with us and them when each chapter resolved to have first and second option to re-colonize without the whole typical expansion process). We do still own the house and it's competitive enough with the other NPC houses that we are renting it out to one of them currently (AOPi I believe, could be ADPi... but I think it's AOPi).
