I happened to be visiting Edmonton, Alberta in about 1989, and was walking around campus. Back then, they had Kappa Alpha Theta, Pi Phi and DG (AGD has since arrived, but they weren't there then).
Anyhow, I was so curious to see the U of A sorority houses and I am pleased to say that the Pi Phi's were so nice to me (being that I was a total stranger) when I knocked on the door and asked for a tour. It was great!
Theta was great too, but I already knew someone in the house, so I wasn't a complete stranger approaching them. And DG's gave me a tour as well, since I knew a number of DG's.
I've also met Pi Phi's at U of Toronto who are friendly and down to earth as well.
