My dad said that they book and the movie are supposedly not the same. He reads Tom Clancy books and has read TSOAF and he said that in the book a nuke is accidentally dropped unarmed somewhere in the middle east (unarmed...can't go off, so it didn't explode). Anyhow after some time, these middle eastern terrorists find it in a field and use the parts to make a portable nuclear bomb. They then take it to the superbowl in Denver I think (in the Movie it is Baltimore right?) and it explodes. I think that in the movie the guy that does it is Russian. In the book, the US thinks that since it was nuclear, that they have been bombed by Russia and so they nuke them. Then Russia is all like, Uh, I don't think so, that was not us... and they retaliate or something. Correct me if I am wrong as I have neither read the book, nor seen the movie.
