in the past, girls have found white dresses out of season at white house/black market, target, department stores, old navy, ross, tj maxx, etc. you may just have to spend some time looking either in person or online.
be sure to get a white dress(not off-white, cream, eggshell, ecru) with no colored trim and to be on the safe side, in a conservative style. some chapters require that the girls have no bare shoulders, so aim for that type of dress or also purchase a solid white sweater or shrug.
