That is for anything else that you would like the chapters to know, that isnt already stated somewhere else on the registration form.
As a recruitment advisor who reads those, let me give you a good word of caution on that. Only add additional information in that section that you feel may be helpful: hobbies, major, etc. Dont use that section to go on about how much you want to be in a sorority (that makes you look desparate), explanations for a crappy GPA (because it wont matter the excuse), etc.
