Yep, and I have no idea why. If it's a friend that's asking, I'll tell them I don't have any squares, but have plenty of cylinders to spare. Corny, yes, but I have to make my own fun sometimes lol

I love people that can crack themselves up. They seem to be less likely to take themselves seriously and are therefore nice to be around.

Yep. "Say, man, can I get a square?" I'd never heard that until college, so it was weird to hear.

I'm more bothered by the fact that I'm being asked to give up some of my $6+/pack cigarettes. Recession, y'all, recession! lol

Wow I have never heard that. Though I have heard some interesting terms for it. Stog and fag come to mind. The first time somebody asked me if they had a fag they could bum I just stared at them.

Hahaha, I've only heard that used on the "OMG THEY SAY THIS IN ENGLAND!" sites. Haven't heard anyone say it IRL.

THANK YOU.

A lot of my friends are "drama" prone and try to drag me into their shit. I am content worrying about my own stuff. If you're so "tired of teh dramaz," take your ass out of the dramatic situation

The area I live in has a LOT of people from the UK, either transplants or work abroad. I have gotten fairly good at understanding British English as a result lol.
