That is an indicator of a gifted child. My state doesn't do IQ testing when we are looking for gifted students, but indicators like that would have you nominated for GT.
We are allowed to nominate ourselves for GT. Had I not been in GT already, I would have been "that girl" who would have nominated herself. lol.
