Awesome!! Is it a part of the organization yearly event to meet the founders (chapters founders and/or founding monarchs)!? It's amazing that sisters of theta nu xi multicultural sorority Inc may or do get the opportunity to meet and/or engage in a conversation with hightly respected role models/founders of the organization :-D
Dreamseeker: did u have any specific question(s) when you met them!?
I have met a sister from the GAP chapter of Xi Epsilon, she was very so insightful.
Preciousjeni: if I may ask you, are they or do u feel like there is a difference between joining through the GAP and the undergrad chapter other than the requirements!?

Members often get a chance to meet the Founding Monarchs at our annual conventions as well as other events. They're active in GAP chapters as well, so they go to their own chapters' events.

The process is the same and there is no difference except that GAP chapters function a little differently than undergraduate chapters.

One of the things I love about them is that they're humble. They try their hardest to be low profile (going so far as to request that people go easy with cameras at convention lol) and to try to convince everyone that they aren't superstars.
But, we all know they are.

I'm so glad you had the opportunity to meet them
I never thought to ask that question to any members of TNX that I met because I was always so excited to hear about the organization and about them, however the more I surf through GC the more I wonder. Does college classification (freshmen, sophomore, junior or senior) affect recruitment decision!?

Are you asking if your classification should affect your decision to go through recruitment?

I am a senior, what I was asking was whether theta nu xi is reluctant in recruiting seniors in their undergrad chapters!? Should I still try to go through recruitment during undergrad or shoulda just wait to be recruited in a GAP chapter since you mentioned that they aren't a major difference between the two.

I see. It's entirely your choice. Your classification isn't as important as your demonstrated commitment to the five tenets, your ability to articulate why Theta Nu Xi is the only place you belong, and your passion in expressing how you will utilize Theta Nu Xi as a vehicle to change your world for the better. That goes for both the undergraduate and GAP levels.
If the chapter is having a line, you have as good a chance as anyone else - freshman, sophomore, junior or senior - to be chosen. It's all in the way you present yourself.
