Chinese Companies "Renting" White Employees. No Exp Required

I understand the whole concept of "face" and IIRC, as long as there's more white faces than black, and they speak American English, it's all good. I could be wrong - this is several years old information.

But I've always said that if our company ever decides to go upscale, we're either hiring a woman with an upperclass English accent, or I'm going to develop one ASAP. English accents sell in the USA.
